Mood:  rushed

The emperor scorpion female with her young on her back. the picture is a little dark but we did not want to stress her too much.
Shop has been really busy today, I am just entering this update while having a cup of tea. I will try and add more later this evening.

First Blog
Mood:  chillin'
This is our first attempt at a blog site, hope every one that finds it enjoys it.
The day started great, throwing water bombs at motorcycle police and taxi cabs. No not anarchy just the annual Edinburgh taxi cab outing for children with special needs. A charity event run by Edinburgh cabbies for children of varying disabilities. About 100 taxi cabs leave Murrayfield and make about a 25 mile trip to Yellowcraigs park, they have a motorcycle escort so that they can travel in a convoy. The convoy passes by the shop and the kids in the taxi's have water pistols that they use to soak onlookers with, seasoned onlookers fight back with water pistols and water bombs, great fun and the police enjoy it as well.
The shop was interesting as well, a female emperor scorpion gave birth to about 20 young, it's hard to say how many because she is a bit touchy at the moment. All the young are a perfect white colour, we will try and put some photo's up later in the week, maybe an avi file as well.
Some great hypo leopard gecko's came in today, so nice in fact that staff took first choice.
We got some really nice Herman's tortoise in as well, larger than normal and really strong.
Got to go now, hungry!!!!
